Michael Blunt, Founding Partner

Michael Blunt is the Founding Partner of PenMort Realty Capital Advisors, LLC. Mr. Blunt has 30 years of commercial real estate experience and closed approximately $15 billion in transactions. Over the course of his career, Mr. Blunt has specialized in the acquisition, disposition, and capitalization of properties involving a variety of domestic and international capital sources including insurance companies, advisors, private equity investors, REITs, banks, special servicers, and major corporations.

Prior to founding PenMort, Mr. Blunt held senior positions at Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE National Partners, and Colliers.

Mr. Blunt earned his B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University.
